When a MARSP member has a concern, problem or complaint with an insurance or pension issue, he or she can send an email to MARSP which, if we don’t have the answer, we can forward to supervisors or other appropriate persons in the respective offices. Because of the national HIPAA law – the privacy act – no one can provide personal information about you to anyone but you. Therefore, we are happy to oblige by forwarding information to the appropriate office.

If you have a personal concern which you are unable to resolve with the appropriate provider, you can send an email to staff-marsp@marsp.org and we will be happy to forward it on your behalf.
